A complete 3CX Phone System for Windows consists of the server software, soft phones or SIP hardware phones, and a VOIP Gateway to connect your existing phone lines. A VOIP provider can be used to leverage low cost calls across your user network.

The system can use the existing computer wiring (and share the network point with the computer) and can be installed on an existing, non-dedicated Windows server (no need for Linux!) or run as a virtual machine. Say goodbye to expensive, proprietary, phone system expansion modules and costly phone bills!

Upgrade Insurance

The 3CX Upgrade insurance package entitles you to free updates of 3CX Phone System for one year. This includes patches as well as new versions (eg. 6 to 7). Without the upgrade insurance package you are only entitled to software updates for a period of 30 days from activation of the software. You can purchase an upgrade insurance package within 30 days of ACTIVATION of the main license. If you do not purchase an upgrade insurance package and wish to upgrade to the latest version once a new version is released, you will have to buy a version upgrade at 60% of the full version price. You can order a 3CX Upgrade insurance online from this store as well.

3CX Support packages

3CX recommends buying support packages from their authorized partners and we are one of them. At a reasonable cost and on short notice Summit Service will provide the following services. 

  • Help on configuring 3CX Phone System and questions in relation to its operation
  • Troubleshooting of external extensions and bridges via Tunnel
  • Help with configuration of supported phones
  • Troubleshooting of supported gateways and interface cards in 3CX with standard templated configuration
  • Analysis of SIP logs in case of interoperability issues with supported VOIP provider, IP Phone or Gateway Supported ITSPs / Vendors only
  • In the case of unsupported VoIP providers, we will determine if it is a vendor/provider problem or a 3CX issue and will direct customers to vendor/provider if it is the former, with our findings

NOT included

  • Remote installation
  • Unsupported SIP Phones, Gateways or cards
  • Non-standard configurations of devices
  • Configuration of phones beyond provisioned templates
  • Remote extension and bridge support that does not use the tunnel
  • Troubleshooting unsupported VoIP Providers. We will give pointers but we can not guarantee interoperability with all providers

These items involve 3rd party products and networks outside of the control of 3CX and support may only be available via Best Effort Professional Service Fees at an hourly rate.

Pricing Terms and Conditions

FOB (End User) Internet excluding all taxes: All taxes such as royalty taxes, levies, duties, sales tax and VAT must be added to our prices and paid by the end users in their respective markets. Delivery of 3CX software is done electronically and is activated by means of a license key.
