Terms & Conditions
The rules for using www.summitusa.com — and the full terms of our text messaging program, which you must opt in to before we send you anything.
Effective date: January 2, 2026 · Last updated: January 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Summit Services Corporation (“Summit USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of www.summitusa.com, its subdomains and microsites (including the GlobeWire and ACH Processing pages), the forms on it, and our text messaging program.
By using this site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.
2. Who may use this site
This is a business-to-business site. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information — including submitting a phone number you are not the subscriber of, or not an authorized user of
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written authorization
- Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or contact information from the site
- Use automated tools to submit forms, or circumvent our spam, bot, and abuse protections
We log IP addresses on form submissions and may block, throttle, or refer abusive traffic.
4. SMS & text messaging terms
These terms apply to the Summit USA text messaging program. They are in addition to, and do not replace, the rest of these Terms.
You must opt in before we will send you any text message. By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, by texting START or another opt-in keyword to a number we provide, or by signing or electronically accepting an agreement containing SMS consent language, you give Summit Services Corporation your express written consent to send you recurring automated text (SMS/MMS) messages at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us, to receive any service, or to get support. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Opting out below) at no cost.
You must be the subscriber of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you give us, and you must be at least 18 years old. If you give up, change, or transfer that number, you agree to tell us promptly so we don’t message its next owner.

Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You’ll receive one final message confirming that you’ve been unsubscribed, and after that we won’t text you again unless you opt back in. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through one of our forms. You can also opt out by emailing info@summitusa.com or calling us — please allow a short processing period for requests that don’t come through the STOP keyword.
Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or phone contact, and does not affect any service you receive from us.
Delivery, carriers, and devices
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither are we — delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions outside our control.
- Text messaging may not be supported on every device or carrier, and message content may render differently across handsets.
- Do not rely on SMS as your only channel for urgent or emergency matters. For anything time-critical, call us.
- SMS is not an encrypted or secure channel. Don’t send passwords, account numbers, protected health information, or other sensitive data by text — ask us for a secure channel instead.
How we treat your mobile information
Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We keep a record of when and how you opted in, because we may be required to prove it.
5. Services & separate agreements
This website describes our services; it doesn’t sell them. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide services at any particular scope, level, or price. Our actual services are governed by a separate written agreement — a master services agreement, statement of work, order form, and where applicable a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement controls.
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on our part to provide services.
6. Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, page design, code, and the GlobeWire and TransactAccount names and materials — is owned by Summit Services Corporation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from the site, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party links & services
This site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services (for example Google reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts). We don’t control those sites and services, we’re not responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn’t an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
8. Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Content on this site — including material about cybersecurity, HIPAA, compliance, money services businesses, and payments — is general information for business audiences. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, or financial advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. Regulations change and their application depends on your specific facts. Consult qualified counsel or advisors before acting on anything you read here.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Services Corporation and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or our text messaging program — even if we’ve been advised such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site or the text messaging program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability for services we actually provide is governed by the signed agreement covering those services, not by this section. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Services Corporation from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of this site, your violation of these Terms or of any law, or your submission of a mobile number that you were not authorized to provide.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to the SMS program terms will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use the site — or continuing to receive our text messages without opting out — means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the messaging program, and may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
